Updated recently When creating a vesting or payment contract on Fluir, senders have the flexibility to configure permissions, allowing recipients to update their wallet address for unlocking tokens. These permissions can also be adjusted while the contract is active.
Who Can Cancel or Change the Recipient?
Permissions to cancel the contract or change the recipient address can be modified at any time during the contract's lifecycle.
The transfer option is useful when you need to update the recipient’s wallet address or transfer a vesting or payment contract to an entirely new recipient.
❗Important: When a contract is transferred, the new recipient gains access to both the remaining locked tokens (scheduled releases) and any unlocked tokens that haven’t yet been claimed by the previous recipient.
How to Transfer a Contract
Follow these steps to transfer your vesting or payment contract to a new wallet address:
Step 1: Visit the Fluir Platform

Log into the Fluir platform and navigate to either the "Vesting" or "Payments" section.
Step 2: View Your Contracts
Locate your active contracts. Click on the dropdown menu (three dots (...)) next to the contract you wish to transfer to access more options.
Step 3: Access Contract Details
On the contract details page, find the "Transfer" button located at the top right.
Step 4: Enter the New Wallet Address
Enter the new recipient’s wallet address to reconfigure the contract. Note: The new address must be on the same blockchain network as the original contract (e.g., Ethereum, BNB Chain, etc.).
Step 5: Complete the Transaction
Confirm and approve the transaction in your wallet. Once completed, you can verify the successful transfer in the "Contract Details" section under "Recipient Address".
🎉 All future tokens will now unlock to the new wallet address—you're all set!
